At Wholistically You, Reiki is offered as an inclusive and approachable distance practice. You don’t need prior experience or special preparation—simply set aside quiet time, open yourself to the process, and receive. Whether you’re looking for stress relief, emotional support, or a quiet moment of peace, Reiki provides a gentle pathway back to balance. Each Reiki session at Wholistically You is designed to provide a calm, supportive, and personalized experience. Sessions are conducted over Zoom for your convenience, though accommodations can also be made by phone or email if you prefer.
We’ll begin with a short conversation to check in about how you’re feeling physically, emotionally, and mentally. You’ll have the opportunity to share your intentions or areas you’d like to focus on during the session.
You’ll be guided to relax in a comfortable position (on a bed, couch, recliner, or yoga mat). During this time, I will channel Reiki energy to you remotely. All you need to do is close your eyes, breathe, and allow yourself to receive. Many clients describe this as deeply calming, restorative, and centering.
At the end of the session, we’ll reconnect to talk about your experience. You’ll have space to share how you’re feeling, and I may also provide observations or suggestions to help you integrate the session.
